HOW TO BOOK

Use the appropriate booking request form through this Form.

The reservation is considered valid only upon written confirmation by the Hotel Antica Badia.

Arrival time limit by 6.00 pm.

N.B. In case of delay it is necessary to notify the Hotel in advance (by 6.00 pm) otherwise the availability of the room cannot be guaranteed.

Terms of payment

  • When booking, send 30% of the amount as a deposit via bank transfer, or with a postal order.
    For stays longer than a week, a deposit of 50% of the total amount may be required.
  • For payments by bank transfer, indicate the reason.

CANCELLATION METHOD

  • The free cancellation can be used up to 2 days before the arrival date.
  • In case of cancellation made the day before arrival or in case of no-show (non-arrival without notice), the amount of the first night’s stay will be charged.
  • If the planned period of stay is longer than two nights, half of the total amount of the booked period of stay may be charged in the event of cancellation.
