N.B. In case of delay it is necessary to advise the hotel (before 18:00) otherwise room availability can not be guaranteed.

• At the moment of booking please send a deposit 30% of the amount by bank transfer, or a money order.
• For stays of over 7 nights a non-refundable holding deposit equal to one-half of total stay may be required.

• In case of cancellation of an reservation guarantee by credit card, will not be charged any amount if made up to a day before the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation the day before arrival or in case of no-show will be charged the amount of the first night’s stay.
• If the period of the planned stay is more than two nights, in case of cancellation may be charged half of the total period of stay.
